• Includes a 60-minute complimentary waiting time from flight landing or ferry arrival.

Local & Departure Transfers:

• Includes a 15-minute complimentary waiting time from the booked time.

Hourly Bookings:

• Charged based on the total number of hours booked, regardless of early service termination.
• Extensions are charged strictly on an hourly basis.

Vehicle Conduct:

• Eating, drinking, smoking, or littering is strictly prohibited in vehicles.
• Cleaning fees of up to SGD 200 may apply for violations.

Online Payments:

• An automatic 10% charge is added to all online payments.

Advanced Bookings:

• No additional charges for making advanced bookings.

• Cash: Payment directly to the driver.
• Stripe: Online payment via credit card.
• Onboard Credit Card: Payment via credit card in the vehicle.
• PayNow Transfer: Secure payment through PayNow.
• PayPal: There is a 10% Surcharge.
• Note: We Accept Payments in Foreign Currencies as well.
